Wonderful products- brilliant service

There was a fault in the one of the items that I purchased for my grandchildren. I emailed the company and received a reply immediately and a replacement item express post- all over the Christmas period- just brilliant. !!!! Will be purchasing more items from Penny Scallen!!!
